Newly founded it-company puts entire development with Ciklum

A newly founded it-company takes Ciklum's concept to extreme. It has outsourced its entire research & development to Ukraine

CC-Interactive was founded in 2006 and develops Sales support systems for call centres. From the very start CC-Interactive placed its entire development in Ukraine and has currently two employees at Ciklum.

A unique model for outsourcing has been taken into us e by the new Danish it-company CC-Interactive. As opposed to other it-companies who choose to outsource a part of an already existing development team, CC-Interactive teamed up with Ciklum and placed its entire development team in Ukraine from the very beginning.

"You can say that we take Ciklum's concept to the extreme. Others us e their concept to a lesser degree and get certain modules developed there. In our case Ciklum takes care of everything, and it works beyond expectation," says owner and founder of CC-Interactive, Harald Riis Thomsen.

The start-up in 2006 for CC-Interactive was very easy and simple, explains Harald Riis Thomsen. A short description of the b us iness concept was sent to Ciklum, and only two weeks later Harald Riis Thomsen travelled to Kiev to conduct interviews with the candidates Ciklum had found. A highly skilled Ukrainian communication expert with experience from international companies was hired, and he now manages communication directly with the clients without having to go through CC-Interactive in Denmark.

This allows CC-Interactive staff in Denmark to concentrate on developing and selling the products, while Ciklum takes care of all the infrastructure and organization.

CC-Interactive aims at having between ten and 15 employees in Ukraine within two or three years.

"But the strength about Ciklum's concept is, that you don't have to worry about how many employees you'll need in the future," explains Harald Riis Thomsen. "Because if I get a big client, I'll just let Ciklum hire some people to solve the assignment. An that gives an enormous flexibility and brand new business opportunities."

"What I like about Ciklum's model is that it's transparent. You see, what you get. And what you get is an employee for a certain price with administration, office facilities and everything included. And most importantly – it works," says Harald Riis Thomsen.
